Specializing in offshore engineering for oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors like offshore wind power.
Offshore Engineering
Extensive experience in offshore engineering including piled structures, gravity based structures, drag embedment anchor systems, heavy lifts, pipelines and flowlines.

Dr Keron was project manager for the design, construction and installation of the Chiswick gas field facilities for CH4. Design and construction of the wellhead platform commenced in January 2006. Platform installed offshore in August 2006. This is believed to be a record for a North Sea fixed platform. The 10″ gas pipeline and 1.5″ methanol coiled tubing line were installed in Q4 2006 by Apache reelship.

Dr Keron prepared installation procedures for the installation of moorings, buoy and flowlines for BHP’s Jabiru field, Australia’s first FPSO. Mooring comprised eight 22 tonne Stevpris drag embedment anchors. Pretensioning used a novel approach of pulling the anchor chains with the barge crane. The project included installation and underwater tie-in of the flexible flowline and control umbilical to the Jabiru Christmas tree.
Expert Mechanical Engineering Solutions
In 2023, under a contract with UK Ministry of Defence, Dr Keron provided concept engineering, detailed mechanical design and stress analysis for a revolutionary truck to trailer autonomous hitch. This included stereo-photogrametry camera with object recognition of the trailer hitch, autonomous connection of the hitch with integral electrical power and air supply to the trailer. This was successfully tested at the MOD Aldershot test site in April 2024
